Residential Rate Changes - Toronto Hydro
Effective November 1, 2025, the Ontario Energy Board implemented updated electricity pricing for Time-of-Use (TOU), Ultra-Low Overnight (ULO), and Tiered rate plans. Winter TOU hours and Tiered thresholds also took effect on the same date, while ULO hours remain unchanged throughout the year.
In addition, the Ontario government adjusted the Ontario Electricity Rebate (OER) to 23.5% as of November 1, 2025.
Eligible customers under the Regulated Price Plan can choose between TOU, ULO, and Tiered pricing options.
