Salesforce Updates Agentforce 360
Salesforce has announced an update to its Agentforce platform, providing a solution for building, deploying, and controlling agents to power the agentic enterprise, with Slack as the front end.
According to Salesforce, the new release of Agentforce gives teams the fastest path from AI prototypes to production-scale agents. However, many features are still to come or in pilot phases and beta testing.
