From November 7–12, 156 golfers will gather at INFINITUM on Spain’s Costa Dorada for the Final Stage of the 2026 DP World Tour Qualifying School. Only 20 players will earn coveted Tour cards after a demanding week that challenges every part of their game.
This year marks the seventh time INFINITUM has hosted the event. To celebrate, here are seven notable facts about this renowned golf destination.
INFINITUM features 45 holes spread across three distinct courses: the Lakes, the Hills, and the Ruins.
The Lakes course was created by Greg Norman, while the Hills course was designed by Alfonso Vidaor. The combination offers players a diverse mix of strategy and scenery.
The Ruins course stands out with nine Greg Norman–designed holes situated among ancient Roman archaeological remains, giving the course a strong historical character.
All three courses opened in 2008 and have consistently ranked among the top golfing destinations in Spain since then.
The Hills course is currently being transformed under the guidance of Dave Sampson of European Golf Design, known for his work on several DP World Tour venues, including the Marco Simone Golf & Country Club, host of the 2023 Ryder Cup.
“A week that tests every aspect of a player’s game.”
As competitors take on both challenge and beauty at INFINITUM, the venue continues to build on its reputation as one of Europe’s most exciting golf destinations.
INFINITUM’s blend of architectural mastery, historical depth, and continued innovation makes it a cornerstone venue for the DP World Tour’s most pivotal qualifying event.
