Riley Keough shared that she has been receiving mysterious signs from her late mother, Lisa Marie Presley. These experiences, she said, have given her comfort and a sense of lasting connection despite her family's loss.
Riley said, “I’ve been getting signs from my mom. It feels like she’s still around, in her own way.”
Lisa Marie Presley, the only child of Elvis and Priscilla Presley, passed away in January 2023 at age 54 from a bowel obstruction related to complications after bariatric surgery. She is survived by three children: daughter Riley, 36, from her marriage to Danny Keough, and twin daughters Harper and Finley, now 17, from her marriage to Michael Lockwood. Her son Benjamin died by suicide in 2020 at age 27.
After Lisa Marie’s death, a legal battle ensued between Riley and her grandmother Priscilla Presley over the control of the estate. The conflict was later resolved, but Priscilla became involved in another financial dispute with former advisers, which included allegations that she acted improperly regarding her daughter’s care.
Riley, now promoting the paperback release of her mother’s memoir From Here To The Great Unknown, said these spiritual encounters remind her that Lisa Marie’s presence still lingers with her.
“She’s made her presence known to me,” Riley added. “It’s strange but comforting.”
Riley Keough feels her late mother, Lisa Marie Presley, remains spiritually close, offering her comfort and signs as she honors her legacy through a new memoir release.
