Paul Rodgers, the lead singer of Bad Company, announced he will not attend the 2025 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony on November 8 because of health concerns.
“My hope was to be at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and to perform for the fans, but at this time I have to prioritize my health,” Rodgers, 75, shared on Instagram. “I have no problem singing, it’s the stress of everything else. Thanks for understanding.”
Rodgers revealed that his former bandmate Simon Kirke and “some outstanding musicians” will be stepping in for him at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles on Saturday night.
“Guaranteed to rock,” he concluded.
The Post has contacted Rodgers’ representative for comment.
Paul Rodgers prioritizes health over performance, with trusted musicians ensuring the spirit of Bad Company lives on at the Hall of Fame event.
