‘That Time We Met’ Rom-Com Casts Pete Davidson and Ella Purnell
Nick Lieberman, director of the 2023 mockumentary Theater Camp, is set to direct his second feature film, a cosmic romantic comedy titled That Time We Met. The film stars Pete Davidson (Saturday Night Live, The Pickup) and Ella Purnell (Fallout, Yellowjackets).
Film Details and Plot
Written by Mitchell Winkie, who previously wrote the 2021 rom-com The Ultimate Playlist of Noise, the story centers on a new couple whose unborn child is destined to save humanity’s future. The twist is that they have just had their first date and already despise each other.
