Zalando announced in its Q3 results that it has secured a new logistics agreement with UK retailer M&S. This expanded partnership will begin early next year and involves Zalando’s B2B logistics service, ZEOS, handling M&S’s entire online direct-to-consumer operations across continental Europe.
Since 2022, M&S has worked with Zalando, fulfilling orders through three European marketplace partners: Zalando, About You, and Amazon. The latest deal significantly broadens this collaboration.
M&S reported rapid online growth recently, with sales through Zalando increasing by 131% compared to last year. This demonstrates strong demand and success in the partnership.
“British businesses see huge potential in mainland Europe and clearly consider Zalando the go-to logistics partner to help them achieve this.”
Another UK retailer, Next, has a similar arrangement with Zalando, highlighting the platform’s growing influence in European logistics.
This expanded logistics deal between M&S and Zalando aims to significantly cut delivery times across Europe by leveraging Zalando's unified inventory and advanced order management.
