Morning Power Outage in the Southwest

SaskPower notified several residents in the southwest region of a short scheduled power outage near Mankota, planned for Monday morning. The interruption is expected to begin at 9:00 a.m. and will impact approximately 34 rural customers located west of Mankota.

According to SaskPower spokesperson Joel Cherry, the planned outage is necessary to facilitate the replacement of an aging power line in the area.

"We thank people for their patience, as always, while we do this work," said Cherry.
