BBC Star Embarks on 135-Mile Children in Need Challenge

BBC Radio 2 presenter Sara Cox has begun a demanding 135-mile trek across the North East to raise funds for Children in Need.

Great Northern Marathon Challenge Details

Sara Cox will complete five marathons in five days, covering four counties on foot. The route includes the moorlands and hills of Durham, North Yorkshire, Northumberland, and West Yorkshire. She started from Kielder Forest on November 10 and will finish in Pudsey, Leeds, on November 14.
