Qatar Real Estate Sector Contributes to GDP
The Qatar real estate sector added $3.7bn to the country's GDP in the first quarter of 2025, accounting for 7.4% of total output.
According to Yousuf Mohamed Al Jaida, CEO of the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC), the sector contributed QR13.44bn ($3.69bn) to the country's GDP.
Al Jaida emphasized the sector's role in advancing Qatar's economic diversification strategy and QFC's commitment to creating a transparent and stable environment for sustainable growth.
