COUSIN Production Company Launched
Former Finch Executive Producer Nick Simkins has formed a new production company called COUSIN.
During his time at Finch, the company won several Production Company of the Year awards, including at CICLOPE Asia, SHOTS Asia Pacific, and Campaign Brief's THE WORK, as well as the AWARD Awards in 2025.
Award-winning director Ariel Martin is the first director on the COUSIN roster. Martin says:
I’ve known Nick since I was 22 when he hired me to make coffees as a bright-eyed runner. I’ve long thought he was primed to build a production company around his ethos that’s made him a leading EP: director focused, good taste, deep relationships.
More directors are expected to be announced soon.
