A man is in custody after allegedly hitting someone with his vehicle in northeast Rochester late Monday night.
According to the Rochester Police Department, they received a report of someone being hit by a vehicle at around 11:40 p.m. at 115 First Avenue NE, where they found a man in his 40s with non-life threatening injuries.
The victim was taken to Saint Mary's for treatment, and officers later located the suspect and his vehicle in the 500 block of 5th Avenue NW, taking him into custody.
