The official launch times have now been published: the game launches worldwide at the same time, beginning at 8 AM PT / 11 AM ET.
If you're not a subscriber to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or if you want to buy it outright, Keeper is priced at $30 USD, but this will vary by region.
In other news, Microsoft and Double Fine have released a new dynamic background for Keeper for players on Xbox Series X|S.
