Obituary: Laurie Beth Schuh
Laurie Beth Schuh passed away unexpectedly at the age of 68 on September 12, 2025.
She is survived by her loving spouse, Amy Meese (Burlington, Wisconsin), and her rescue pets, Bear, Alfie, Jackson, and Rio.
Her parents, John (Jack) Schuh and Mary Ann Schuh (Springborn), preceded her in death.
Laurie is further survived by many treasured family members and friends.
Legacy
Laurie was an artistic soul, a loyal supporter of animal and environmental rights, and always had time for a friend in need.
She loved her job and the kids she was able to mentor and teach.
She was an art teacher in the Milwaukee Public School District for several years and enjoyed spending time in Door County, her beloved sanctuary, as well as time at her home in Burlington.
