Owners Thank Community for Making Business a Success After Retirement
Helen and Martin Barlow, owners of the Olde Mill in Bardsea, south Cumbria, have expressed their gratitude to the community after closing their business for the final time.
The couple took over the venue in 2007, but their ties to the business date back to the 1970s. After announcing their retirement earlier this year, they bid farewell to the business earlier this week.
"As we turn off the lights and lock the doors for one final time there are many people we must thank for making the Olde Mill a huge success.
Firstly a big thank you to all the wedding couples who trusted us with their special day - we’ve enjoyed every minute working with you from the initial meeting to helping you make your dream day come true.
