The decrease, confirmed on October 14, sees Lindsell Train's voting rights in the club drop from 16.39% to 15.70%.
Despite this reduction, Lindsell Train Limited remains the club's second-largest shareholder, with majority shareholder Dermot Desmond maintaining control.
