The mobile economy in North America is projected to contribute $3.7 trillion to the region's economy by 2030, according to the GSMA.
The GSMA's Mobile Economy North America 2025 report, unveiled at MWC25 Las Vegas, revealed that the mobile sector generated $1.6 trillion in economic value in 2024, equivalent to 5% of the continent's GDP.
The mobile sector's share of the continent's GDP is forecast to rise to 10.2% by the end of the decade.
