Murder Investigation in South London
A young man in his 20s was stabbed to death in south London, prompting a murder investigation.
Metropolitan Police officers were called to Rushey Green, Catford, just after 3am on Wednesday, where they found the victim with stab wounds.
London Ambulance Service treated the victim, who was then taken to hospital for further treatment, but sadly died.
Scotland Yard said: “The man was taken to hospital for further treatment, but sadly died. His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
A killer is currently at large following the incident.
