The Visiting Writers Series, a celebration of creative writing, was held at the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art, featuring three University of Idaho professors: Michael McGriff, Thomas Dai, and Alexandra Teague.
The event began with the professors reading their personal writing from published books and poetry, followed by a Q&A session where attendees asked about writing tips and specific aspects of the professors' work.
Dai, an essayist and assistant professor at UI, read passages from his new book, "Say My Name but Say It Slow," at the event.
Authors shared their work with literature lovers in an art-filled room.
