Tasmania's Unemployment Rate Remains the Lowest

Tasmania has once again recorded the lowest unemployment rate in the country, according to the latest data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics.

With over 286,000 Tasmanians in the workforce, the unemployment rate stands at 4.0 per cent. Since being elected in 2014, the Liberal Government has created more than 51,000 jobs.
