Ballston Man Attempts to Attack Person with Knife at Gas Station

According to police, a 32-year-old Ballston man, Mohammad, tried to attack another person with a knife at a gas station.

The incident occurred on Tuesday at around 4:30 p.m. at the Mobile gas station on Route 50 in Ballston. Deputies from the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office responded to a disturbance call.

Mohammad was charged with second-degree attempted assault, menacing, and criminal possession of a weapon. He was arraigned in Milton Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
