President Claudia Sheinbaum presented a new government website at her Thursday morning press conference, compiling data related to recent flooding in Veracruz, Hidalgo, Puebla, Querétaro, and San Luis Potosí.
The website, which displays the heading "Impacts from rain and floods caused by Tropical Disturbance 90-E," showed 70 fatalities in rain and flooding-related incidents as of 3:30 p.m. Thursday, with 30 deaths in Veracruz, 21 in Hidalgo, 18 in Puebla, and 1 in Querétaro.
Sheinbaum also responded to Fitch's recent criticism of her latest reform, stating that the credit rating agency is "wrong."
Mexico's relationship with the United States is "very good,"
she declared during the press conference.
