To commemorate Remembrance Day, the Bruce County Museum and Cultural Centre welcomes historian and author Ted Barris on November 8.
Ted Barris will explore the significant contributions of Canadian airmen during the Battle of Britain in the Second World War, highlighting the bravery of Canadian flyers who defended England during 113 days in 1940.
Canadian airmen from various backgrounds, including well-known families and farm fresh recruits, played a crucial role in the battle.
