Russian Military Killed A Resident Of Belgorod Region
In the Belgorod region, Russian law enforcers detained a Russian military man, Alexei Kostrikin, accused of murder and rape.
According to the investigation, Kostrikin broke into a house in the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, killing a resident and raping his wife.
