West Side Nut Club Hosts Annual Cleanup Following Fall Festival
After 6 days of fun and a final half-pot total of over $2.5 million, it's time to clean up the mess.
Officials reported that many booths had record sales, with the proceeds going to various organizations in the Tri-State.
- Booths were removed and replaced with street sweepers.
- Matthew's Church has helped with the cleanup for over 20 years.
It comes and goes, it's a little tough sometimes depending on the number of people and that kind of thing, but most of the time it's smooth.
The cleanup process was aided by around 300 active West Side Nut Club members and 100 honorary members.
