Zambia: President Hichilema Pleased with CDF Projects in Luangwa
President Hakainde Hichilema has expressed satisfaction with the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) projects in Luangwa District, Lusaka Province, from 2022 to 2025.
According to President Hichilema, the CDF has been instrumental in uplifting the livelihoods of people through various initiatives, including community empowerment grants, skills development, Secondary School Bursaries, and construction projects.

The President's remarks were delivered by Minister of Local Government and Rural Development Gift Sialubalo during the Mbambara Traditional Ceremony, which was held under the theme "Cultural restoration for national unity, peace and economic development in Zambia after 61 years."
