Kosovo, Latvia, and Türkiye have secured their spots in the next stage of qualification for the 2027 IHF Men’s World Championship.
After two legs of matches in Qualification Europe Phase 1, the three nations emerged victorious. Türkiye dominated Cyprus with a 22-goal aggregate win (68:46), while Kosovo defeated Great Britain 67:56 on aggregate, and Latvia beat Luxembourg 62:53.
The winners will join 13 other nations in Qualification Europe Phase 2, scheduled for March 2026. The final phase of qualification in May 2026 will determine Europe’s representation at the 2027 World Championship in Germany.
