Not Guilty Verdict in Fatal Hit-and-Run Case
A Queens man, Kevin Gomez, 22, was found not guilty of felony manslaughter charges in the death of 3-year-old Quintus Chen.
Gomez was accused of negligently running over and killing Chen in Flushing in 2023.
