Rugby Australia has confirmed the return of former Wallabies fly-half Carter Gordon after a brief stint in rugby league.
"I’ve watched both Queensland and the Wallabies from afar over the past year or so, and the journey they’re on motivates me to want to work hard and contribute positively on and off the field."
Gordon, 24, has signed a three-year contract with Rugby Australia and the Queensland Reds through 2028, after leaving rugby union in 2024 to join the Gold Coast Titans in the NRL.
His time with the Titans was marked by an ongoing neck injury, which limited his progression and eventually required surgery, resulting in only one first-team appearance.
Gordon's return is seen as a positive move, with his quality and experience expected to contribute to the Wallabies' success.
