Second Protium Green Hydrogen Facility Breaks Ground in South Wales
Protium, a leading UK green hydrogen energy company, has begun constructing its second hydrogen production facility, "Pioneer 2", in South Wales.
This new facility is a significant step towards delivering reliable, scalable green hydrogen energy across the UK, building on the success of the existing "Pioneer 1" site.
The two projects will form a network of green hydrogen energy assets to decarbonise the UK's hardest-to-electrify sectors, including heavy transport and large energy-intensive industries.
- Pioneer 2 is one of the largest containerised PEM systems in the UK.
