Capital Murder Charge for Teen in Heidelberg High Shooting

A Bay Springs teenager, Tylar Jarod Goodloe, 18, has been charged with capital murder in connection to a homecoming night shooting at Heidelberg High School.

Two counts of capital murder were filed against Goodloe, along with possession of a deadly weapon on educational property, after a Friday night incident left two dead and another injured.

A cash-only bond was set at $2,010,000 by Jasper County Justice Court Judge Jacqueline Barnett.

Goodloe was taken into custody on Saturday and officially booked into the Jasper County Jail on Sunday.
