Wanderlust Reader Travel Awards 2025 Winners Announced

Japan, Italy, Buenos Aires, İstanbul, and Albania were the standout winners at the 24th Wanderlust Reader Travel Awards. Dubrovnik received a special recognition for its efforts in tackling the global issue of overtourism.

After 208,000 readers cast a total of 4.8 million votes, the winners were unveiled at a gala event held on 5 November at London’s National Gallery. The ceremony, in partnership with Visit Oman, gathered hundreds of travel industry leaders. It was hosted by presenter, author, and adventurer Simon Reeve, recently seen on British TV in Scandinavia with Simon Reeve.
