British actress Helen Mirren, a three-time Golden Globe winner, will be honoured with the Cecil B. DeMille Award by the Los Angeles-based voting group on January 8, 2026.
Golden Globes president Helen Hoehne described Mirren as "a force of nature" whose "transcendent performances and commitment to her craft continue to inspire generations of artists and audiences alike."
Established in 1952, the Cecil B. DeMille Award has honoured iconic figures such as Audrey Hepburn, Sidney Poitier, Judy Garland, Elizabeth Taylor, Robert Redford, and Barbra Streisand.
The award will be presented during the new Golden Eve annual primetime special, which also celebrates the recipients of the Carol Burnett Award.
