Mohammed Umar Khan: The 15-Year-Old Killer of Harvey Willgoose
Mohammed Umar Khan, who was only 15 when he stabbed Harvey Willgoose to death at All Saints Catholic High School in Sheffield, has been sentenced to 16 years behind bars.
The mother of Harvey Willgoose, Caroline, has expressed her feelings towards her son's killer, stating that she feels nothing towards him, but may have some compassion due to his troubled home life.
“He's very cocky (in court) but is that a mask?” Caroline Willgoose said. “Because at the end of the day he's 15 years old and he's in this courtroom with all these strangers, these adults. I hope he is sorry, but he hasn't shown any remorse.
Caroline Willgoose blames the school more than her son's murderer, citing missed opportunities to prevent the tragedy.
