WWE Releases Wes Lee and Others
Former NXT North American Champion and Tag Team Champion Wes Lee has been released by WWE, along with several other wrestlers.

Additional releases include Wes Lee, who joined WWE in 2020 and had a notable reign as NXT North American Champion from October 2022 to July 2023.
Lee’s reign is the second longest in the history of the title, only three days behind the longest, which was Oba Femi.
Lee also held the NXT Tag Team Championship twice alongside Zachary Wentz (Nash Carter) as MSK in 2021 and 2022, and was recently the leader of High Ryze.
